Kailey Dees - State Farm Agent in Vidalia, GA seeks an Account Representative to grow the agency through meaningful customer relations and proactive marketing of State Farm insurance and financial products.

You will develop leads, establish relationships, and provide prompt, friendly service while supporting customers with product availability, coverages, and billing questions. Compensation ranges $25,000.00–$100,000.00 per year, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to effectively relate to customers.
• Property & Casualty license.

Responsibilities

As Account Representative for Kailey Dees - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
