Minimum Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license (required)
• Excellent verbal communication and phone skills
• Coachable mindset and competitive drive

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Life & Health (L&H) license — preferred candidates will receive priority consideration and qualify for an enhanced commission structure
• Previous insurance sales or inside sales experience
• Documented history of meeting or exceeding quota
