Jeffrey Golden - State Farm Agency Intern is seeking an Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member in Kingsland, GA. You will help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and proactively market State Farm products to meet clients' needs.

You will grow your career while supporting daily operations and delivering friendly, proactive service to customers. This role emphasizes building relationships, providing guidance, and contributing to a positive community presence.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales (outside or inside), preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships, preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to effectively relate to customers.
• Property & Casualty license.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including inquiries about product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
