Mission Linen Supply is seeking an experienced Account Representative to grow new business and manage customer relationships across hospitality, medical, and industrial segments. The ideal candidate thrives in a sales-driven environment and can develop opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Base salary of $800/week plus commission and incentives, with average total compensation around $126,000/year in 2025.

Responsibilities

Mission Linen Supply is seeking an experienced Account Representative. The ideal Account Representative is an enthusiastic sales professional responsible for developing new business.

No linen or uniform industry experience is required. Previous sales or customer service experience, whether in the linen/uniform rental industry or with the types of customers we serve (hospitality, medical, and industrial businesses), is a plus, but we'll train you on our specific products and market.

Compensation

• Base salary: $800/week, plus commission and incentives
• Average combined compensation: Account Representatives averaged $126,000/year in total compensation in 2025

Qualifications

Duties & Responsibilities

• Acquire new rental and direct sales business through cold calls, lead generation, and networking
• Develop new sales opportunities with existing customers

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience in the linen/uniform rental industry, or with similar customers (hospitality, medical, industrial), is a plus but not required
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience using CRM platforms like Salesforce.com, and Microsoft Office tools, is a plus
• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination (required). College-level coursework preferred
• Valid driver's license to travel locally to visit prospective customers (required)
