Compensation and Benefits

First-time agents can earn between $75,000 and $150,000 annually, even without prior sales experience. We provide a proven system, leads, comprehensive training, and support, eliminating cold calling. Top performers can earn up to $7,000 in cash bonuses and an all-expenses-paid trip worth $8,000 based on sales in the first 90 days. We also offer national and regional training, advancement opportunities, and remote work options.
