Job summary

DCM Services is seeking an Account Representative to serve as the primary contact for resolving accounts for deceased individuals, working with estates, attorneys, and families with empathy and accuracy. This remote role in South Carolina is full-time and non-exempt, offering a supportive team culture and opportunities for advancement.

You will generate outbound calls, document accounts, and negotiate payment arrangements while upholding security and client requirements in a regulated

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Licensed Debt Collector or ability to obtain licensure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate outbound calls and field incoming calls.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and client-specific requirements.
• Uphold information security and privacy responsibilities.
• Accurately document accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and follow up as needed.
• Obtain estate information and coordinate with attorneys or personal representatives regarding claim filing.
