DCM Services is seeking an Account Representative to serve as a primary contact for resolving accounts related to estates. This remote role in South Carolina requires professionalism, empathy, and precise documentation while coordinating with attorneys and family representatives.

You will generate and manage outbound calls, adhere to client requirements, protect sensitive information, and negotiate payment arrangements. A licensure as a debt collector is preferred or can be obtained after hire.
