Job summary

Total Quality Logistics in Tampa, FL seeks an Account Representative to join an established sales team. You will start in an accelerated training program to learn the logistics industry, then focus on growing new and existing business by presenting transportation services and handling freight issues 24/7/365.

You will work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, with an elite work ethic and strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with the sales team and customers as the subject matter expert to build and maintain relationships.
• Manage projects from start to finish while overseeing daily shipments and resolve issues to ensure pickups and deliveries are on time.
• Work with the sales team to provide and negotiate competitive pricing.
• Input, update and manage shipment information in our state-of-the-art systems.
• Collaborate with the support team to guarantee each shipment is serviced properly.
• Assist with billing and accounting responsibilities as needed.

No experience necessary; you will start your career in an accelerated training program to learn the logistics industry. Once training is complete, you focus on growing new and existing business by presenting TQL customers with our transportation services and handling freight issues 24/7/365.
