Job summary

Monterey Financial Services, LLC, based in Oceanside, California, is seeking an Account Representative to help consumers take control of their financial future through excellent service and negotiation skills. This position offers a monthly performance-based bonus opportunity, with the potential to earn several hundred dollars in addition to your hourly pay.

Summary of Role:

As an Account Representative with Monterey Financial, you will help consumers take control of their financial future by utilizing excellent customer service and negotiating skills.

• Assist consumers with account level questions and adjustments
• Negotiate and process payment on accounts in various stages of delinquency
• Understand and adhere to MFS and Client policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

This job operates its functions in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear using a telephone headset and is required to sit for a long period while using a computer.
