Qualifications

• One or more years of production chemical industry experience.
• Bachelor's or associate degree preferred; related experience considered.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Obtain field samples for laboratory analysis.
• Perform field analysis of samples per operations guidance.
• Assist Account Managers with chemical and mechanical solutions for customers.
• Create monthly reports capturing costs, lab analyses and failures.
• Attend and participate in customer meetings to report performance.
• Troubleshoot production chemical-related problems at customer sites.
• Assist with Total System Analysis (chemical survey) for customers.
• Manage customer chemical inventory with regional operations team.
• Maintain continuous injection rates at optimum levels.
• Collaborate across departments with safety-focused teamwork.

The Account Representative will primarily be responsible for assisting their assigned Account Manager with sales and services activities associated with customers, including recurring orders, samples, and monthly reporting for their assigned geographical area and customer. This position will report to the Account Manager for the designated area/customer.Description:The Account Representative will be responsible for (including but not limited to):Obtaining field samples for laboratory analysisPerforms field analysis of samples within parameters set forth by Aegis’ Operations teamAssists Account Managers in providing chemical and mechanical solutions to the Customer, while assisting them in lowering their lifting costCreates monthly reports capturing cost, lab analysis, failures, etc.Attends and participates in Customer meetings, to exchange information and report performanceTroubleshoots production chemical-related problems should they be encountered on the Customer’s siteAssists with a Total System Analysis (chemical survey) on existing or potential Customers Manages Customer chemical inventory in coordination with regional Aegis Operations team; Maintains continuous injection rates at optimum levelFocuses on accomplishing goals in a team environment with an emphasis on safety and cooperative communication across all other functional departments.Qualifications:One or more years of production chemical industry experience is required. This position requires the ability and desire to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions and terrains (90% of working time).
