What you can expect from the position?

This role is about making an impact and growing our presence in new territories across APAC. You’ll wear two hats: a sales leader working directly with enterprise accounts, and a partner manager developing strategic relationships with hyperscalers and key technology partners. This role will carry an individual sales target. If you’re entrepreneurial, excited by the chance to build something new, and have a passion for data and technology, this could be a great fit.

  • Take charge of selling our CDP solutions to enterprise accounts across APAC, especially in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), Retail and Media.
  • Identify and connect with decision-makers, understand their needs, and showcase how our CDP solutions can solve their unique challenges.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from first meeting to closing, negotiating terms, and ensuring clients have a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Work closely with our product and customer success teams to deliver a standout experience for every client.

Partnership Development (Partner Manager):

  • Develop and nurture partnerships with key players in the region, including hyperscalers like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with partner teams, finding new ways to collaborate and bring our solutions to more clients.
  • Enable partner sales teams with resources, training, and joint go-to-market initiatives to support their success.
  • Keep an eye on partnership performance, adjusting strategies as needed to grow our reach and impact.
Who You Are?
  • Experienced: You’ve spent at least 5 years in enterprise software sales with focus on CDP, MarTech, MA, CX, or similar solutions.
  • Making Impact: You have a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with examples of successful deals in enterprise accounts.
  • Connected: You have experience working with large enterprise clients (especially BFSI) as well as Hyperscalers and/or channel partners from the MarTech industry and understand the APAC market landscape.
  • Entrepreneurial: You’re excited by the idea of opening new markets, taking ownership, and driving growth in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relationship-Focused: You have experience building partnerships, especially with hyperscalers and tech solution providers, and you understand how to work together to create success.
  • Great Communicator: You’re comfortable speaking with both technical and business teams and have excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
