Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or related field.
• Experience in customer service, account management, or a customer-facing operations role.
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRMs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage Customer Relationships: be the primary contact for assigned customer accounts and build strong, professional relationships.
• Manage day-to-day customer needs independently and ensure open items are addressed promptly.
• Maintain proactive contact with customers throughout the contract lifecycle to support satisfaction and renewals.
• Own the annual contract renewal process and ensure accuracy and on-time execution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Production, Technical Services, and Accounting to verify orders and resolve inquiries.
• Prepare and process quotes, sales orders, and service renewals, maintaining accurate records.
