Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking an experienced operations leader to manage account activities, drive profitability, and ensure staff executes service agreements to standard. You will oversee communications with clients and the manager, review budgets, and align revenue and expenses with company goals.

The role requires on-site presence at the assigned facility, with a focus on strong leadership, teamwork, and process optimization within the warehouse and logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based tools.
• Familiar with job-specific software applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage operations for the account to ensure staff meets company standards.
• Maximize profitability through superior service and timely communications; follow-up as needed.
• Review revenue and expenses to budget constraints and maintain fiscal discipline.

Job description

• Review revenue and expenses to budget constraints and maintain fiscal discipline

Physical Requirements

• Talking, hearing and using hands to operate a computer keyboard, mouse and other computer components
• Sitting for extended periods of time
• Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
• Walking within the warehouse and inspecting freight
• This job requires presence on‑site at the assigned work location

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED Required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum five years of related experience required
• Minimum four years of industry experience required
• Minimum three years of supervisory experience required
