The hourly base pay rate is $20.10 - $30.10 per hour, varying by location and candidate experience. Additional compensation may include commission or incentive programs.
Job Description
- Primary point of contact for resolving client issues for accounts from simple to complex.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries related to vehicle condition and discrepancies.
- Coordinate sale vehicle run processes and maintain direct communication with auction departments to ensure timely completion of reconditioning services.
- Build positive relationships with assigned clients, examine vehicles to ensure standards and quality, and complete estimates for reconditioning services to improve vehicle value.
- Conduct condition report and imaging audits to reduce risk of policy loss and goodwill expenses.
- Educate and act as liaison for clients on auction processes and recommend or upsell Manheim/CAI products and services based on client needs.
- Demonstrate effective prioritization, professionalism, and assist in resolving client issues promptly.
- Maintain strict adherence to Cox standards and guidelines regarding reconditioning services, ensuring consistent quality and accuracy per Client SLA guidelines.
- Use computer software including Microsoft Office and internal business platforms.
- Follow all safety and health procedures and participate in Safety Excellence activities.
- Perform any other duties assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum: High School Diploma or GED and 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Alternative: Any level degree or certification beyond HS diploma with 5 years of experience in a related field.
- Safe drivers needed; valid driver's license required.
- Ability to build strong business relationships.
- Problem solving and de‑escalation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Self‑starter with ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Preferred: Prior experience in vehicle reconditioning or general auto‑body knowledge.
- Preferred: Ability to operate vehicles with standard and automatic transmission.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
- Preferred: Strong knowledge of Salesforce, AS400, Workbench and Excel.
Drug Testing
