Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking an Account Operations Specialist to support clinical product clonoSEQ in the Central Region, ensuring exceptional customer experience. You will facilitate provider onboarding and manage order access and inventory.

Collaborate with Clinical Services, build lasting customer relationships, and support patient follow-up while upholding HIPAA standards and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Prior client services or customer support experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and data entry skills.
