EPIC FCU is seeking an experienced Account Officer to open new accounts and guide members through loan applications and interviews. You will help members with a variety of account questions and issues, advocating for our members and their financial dreams.

Ideal candidates are outgoing, motivated, and team players who can share our products and services confidently with our membership while maintaining attention to detail and a commitment to credit union values.

Qualifications

• Previous Account Officer or MSR experience, or 1 year at a financial institution.

Here's What You Must Have To Apply

• Previous Account Officer or MSR experience or 1 year of financial institution experience.
• Experience in serving customers/members in person/over the phone/via email. Will be responsible for opening new accounts, loans and a broad range of additional duties to assist the members.

• Team Player - ability to pitch in whenever & wherever needed.
