Job summary

Highland Cabinetry Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Account Manager to own a portfolio of dealer, contractor, and builder accounts doing $300K–$500K+ in monthly revenue.

You will keep orders moving across online, phone, and walk-in channels, coordinate with warehouse and installation teams, and grow the book through proactive outreach and strategic upsell. Monday–Friday days, base pay plus commission.

Account Manager - Wholesale Cabinetry

Why This Role

This isn't an order desk. You'll own a portfolio of dealer, contractor, and builder accounts doing $300K-$500K+ a month and be the one person those clients call when they need something handled. You'll keep their orders moving, catch problems before they surface, and grow the relationship year over year.

You'll do it on a predictable Monday-Friday, days-only schedule, with a base that pays the bills and a commission plan that rewards the book you build.

What You'll Do

Own the relationship

• Be the primary contact for your accounts - every order, question, and issue runs through you
• Run regular check-ins to review performance, surface concerns early, and find new opportunities
• Learn each client's business and match our products and programs to where they're headed
• Drive retention through consistent, proactive outreach

Keep orders moving

• Process and manage orders across online, phone, and walk-in channels in a high-volume environment
• Own accuracy and turnaround on every order in your book
• Flag potential issues and solve them before the order is placed
• Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and installation teams to keep resolution on track
• Manage warranty cases through to close

Grow the book

• Track revenue trends, account performance, and service outcomes for your portfolio
• Identify and act on upsell and program opportunities
• Report clearly on revenue, discount eligibility, and service performance
• Hit your KPIs and follow the playbook that gets you there

What You Bring

Must-haves

• Strong customer-service instincts and a professional presence on the phone and in person
• Ability to juggle a high volume of accounts and orders without dropping details
• Process-driven and organized - you build systems, not fires
• Clear communicator who works well across departments
• Comfortable in a CRM or ERP system

Nice-to-haves

• NetSuite (or similar ERP) experience
• Background in cabinetry, construction, building products, wholesale, or logistics
• A track record of managing or growing a book of business
