What You Bring to the Table

  • Hunter-Farmer Mentality: 5+ years of proven success in both landing new accounts and growing existing ones in B2B technology or industrial sectors
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of warehouse operations and automation challenges that gives you instant credibility with prospects
  • Solution Selling Expertise: Ability to articulate complex value propositions and connect technical capabilities to business outcomes
  • Proven Performance: Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in previous roles
  • Compelling Communicator: Exceptional presentation skills that can make complex technology accessible and exciting
  • Relationship Builder: Talent for developing multi-level relationships within customer organizations

Compensation: Base salary + percent of sales (to be discussed further along in the interview process)

Travel: 40-50%
