As Account Manager for the Western Region, you'll be at the epicenter of our revenue growth and market expansion strategy. This is a role for someone who thrives on both nurturing existing customer relationships to their full potential and aggressively hunting new business opportunities throughout the western United States.

Requirements
What You Bring to the Table
- Hunter-Farmer Mentality: 5+ years of proven success in both landing new accounts and growing existing ones in B2B technology or industrial sectors
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of warehouse operations and automation challenges that gives you instant credibility with prospects
- Solution Selling Expertise: Ability to articulate complex value propositions and connect technical capabilities to business outcomes
- Proven Performance: Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in previous roles
- Compelling Communicator: Exceptional presentation skills that can make complex technology accessible and exciting
- Relationship Builder: Talent for developing multi-level relationships within customer organizations
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to plan and execute complex sales campaigns across multiple stakeholders
- Self-Starter Attitude: Entrepreneurial drive to succeed with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Regional Presence: Based in the Western region with willingness to travel 40-50% throughout your territory

Compensation: Base salary + percent of sales (to be discussed further along in the interview process)
Travel: 40-50%
