Job Title: Account Manager

Department: Sales

Report To: Sales Director

Work Mode: Remote

Employment Type: Full-Time

Travel: 5%-50%

Work Site Location: Washington or Oregon

Job Objective: MCC has extensive experience in manufacturing and delivering high-quality semiconductor products, with a broad marketing and sales network across China, Americas, EMEA, and APAC. We are seeking an Account Manager with 4 years of experience in semiconductor sales.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with MCC distribution partners and customers to achieve design wins and increase account penetration.
  • Promote MCC as a strategic partner with assigned customers.
  • Research and develop new customers and business segments.
  • Develop account strategies and execute business plans.
  • Handle customer issues effectively.
  • Meet sales targets (booking/billing).
  • Collect market intelligence and provide feedback to the product team.
  • Collaborate regionally or globally to achieve objectives.
  • Conduct business reviews with customers and distribution channels.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in electronics or semiconductors.
  • At least 4 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor power devices and their applications.
  • Proficient in office software and English communication.
  • Familiar with quality tools and project management (PMP certified preferred).
