Job description

The Account Manager is responsible for identifying business opportunities and managing customer relationships. You will be directly involved in preserving and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and customer service, demonstrating reliability, customer orientation, and a results-driven approach.

Your main tasks include generating new business opportunities through lead identification and conversion, building long-term profitable relationships with prospects and clients, and managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
  2. Identify new sales opportunities through networking and develop long-term partnerships.
  3. Present products to prospective clients.
  4. Contribute to growing partnerships.
  5. Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty.
  6. Maintain regular contact with clients to understand and meet their needs.
  7. Respond to complaints and resolve issues to customer satisfaction.
  8. Cultivate own account list or lead prospects into provided lists using cold calling, social networking, and strategic email campaigns.
  9. Execute outbound sales campaigns via phone, email, etc., using current software tools like Salesforce and Outreach.
  10. Update Salesforce and Outreach diligently to stay current on leads and follow-ups.
  11. Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Teams on targeted efforts and campaigns.
  12. Qualify leads and schedule introductory meetings with prospects and relevant team members.
  13. Generate ideas to support customers and increase brand awareness.
  14. Use client feedback to improve customer experience.
  15. Report sales results regularly and suggest improvements.
  16. Stay informed about product launches and support clients and sales teams accordingly.

Minimum Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in SaaS/Cloud Computing Sales.
  • Understanding of Google Cloud products (preferred).
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiation principles.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Team management experience is a plus.
