MediaAlpha is seeking an enthusiastic Account Manager, Supply Partnerships, to onboard publishers, manage a diverse book of accounts, and optimize performance via our supply-side platform. You’ll document processes and collaborate across teams to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.

Account Manager, Supply Partnerships (P&C)

The company provides industry-leading solutions designed to reach consumers shopping within high-consideration categories such as property and casualty insurance, health insurance, life insurance, and more.

Role Overview MediaAlpha is looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager to join our Supply Partnerships team. You'll onboard new publishers, manage a book of small to mid-size accounts, and use our proprietary supply-side platform to optimize partner performance. You'll also help maintain the process documentation that keeps our team running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• You'll onboard new publishing partners and manage day-to-day relationships across a portfolio of 50+ small to mid-size accounts.
• Develop a deep understanding of each partner’s revenue model and technical setup so you can monitor performance, recommend solutions, and optimize partnership revenue.
• Prioritize account activities based on partner needs, industry trends, revenue potential, and our account management best practices.
• Build and maintain reports for internal users and external clients.
• Provide account management support for all new product initiatives and recommend new platform features based on publisher, internal feedback, and internal requirements.
• Troubleshoot and QA technical issues, and clearly communicate problems to our technology teams.
• Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with all team members.
• Resolve partner issues efficiently and proactively.
• Assist in achieving publisher retention and team revenue goals.

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of account or client management experience in online advertising.
• Experience in adtech, programmatic advertising, or digital marketing.
• Experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data manipulation.
• Ability to present data clearly to internal and external audiences.
• Technical aptitude and comfort learning new platforms and troubleshooting problems.
• A data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Strong client-service orientation.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Clear, concise communication skills, especially in writing.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
