Julie Weaver - State Farm Agent seeks an Account Manager to grow the agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and office departments.
You will proactively market relevant products and services to improve customer outcomes and retention, with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships.
I opened my agency in 2009 and currently lead a team of six. I’ve spent my career with State Farm, giving me extensive experience in the industry and a strong understanding of what it takes to serve customers and build a successful team. Outside of work, I’m married with two daughters and three grandchildren. Family time is incredibly important to me, and I also love going to concerts and spending time out on the boat.
Our agency offers a Simple IRA retirement plan, licensing costs paid up front, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We’re also very invested in coaching and development, providing team members with plenty of support as they learn, strengthen their skills, and work toward their goals.
Our office is supportive, positive, and friendly-competitive. We want people to push themselves and achieve great results while still encouraging and helping one another along the way. I’m looking for someone who is a strong problem-solver, friendly, coachable, and genuinely curious about people. If you enjoy building relationships, learning and improving, and being part of a team that supports you while challenging you to grow, we’d love to meet you.
