You will utilize system events, such as premium decreases and policy adjustments, to hold meaningful conversations with our families, ensuring they are fully protected while seamlessly pivoting to comprehensive product solutions.

Details

• Compensation: $55,000 – $80,000 annually (hourly base + monthly bonuses + commission potential)
• Benefits: Health benefits, life insurance, 401(k), paid time off, free food & snacks, free uniforms, flexible schedule
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., in‑office only
• Requirements: 2+ years of State Farm experience and active Property, Casualty, Life, and Health licenses required prior to start. Hiring bonus available for candidates who achieve all four within 30 days of offer.
