Manizha Parand - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Manager - Team Member to support daily operations and customer success in Hauppauge, NY. You will grow the agency by building meaningful relationships and by matching customer needs with State Farm products and services.

You will engage with customers, conduct policy reviews, and promote insurance solutions to both new and existing clients, while helping the team achieve sales targets and delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
