Job summary

Always.bank is seeking a dedicated Account Manager for the Midland, TX or New Orleans, LA area. You will serve as the main client contact, manage a portfolio of accounts, and drive collections and invoice verification activities to protect company assets.

The role emphasizes relationship building, excellent service, and growth mindset. Strong communication, organization, and proficiency with MS Office are required. Experience in factoring and familiarity with FactorSoft are a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Experience in factoring is preferred.
• FactorSoft experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
• Maintain professional communication with visitors, callers, and employees.
• Respond to emails and calls promptly within business hours.
• Manage invoices and related documents; perform collections until paid in full.
• Validate and document invoice verifications; ensure asset quality.
• Protect sensitive data and adhere to company policies.
• Assist with projects for the Director of Operations as needed.
