Computershare is seeking an Account Specialist to support the Account Management team with temporary coverage and exceptional client service. You’ll coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, maintain continuity, and assist with client requests while developing expertise in Registered Agent and formation services.
You will work in a hybrid role based in Frisco, TX, with some days in the office and flexibility for remote work.

The Account Management team plays a critical role in delivering exceptional service to clients across Registered Agent, Business Compliance, Formation Services, and related corporate services offerings. As an Account Specialist, you'll serve as a flexible resource that helps ensure continuity of service, supports client retention efforts, and provides coverage during account transitions and team absences.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to deepen your knowledge of Registered Agent services, Corporate Compliance, and Client Relationship Management while partnering closely with Account Managers and operational teams across the business.
As an Account Specialist, you'll support the Account Management team in delivering exceptional client service and operational excellence. Acting as a "rover" resource, you'll provide temporary account coverage when Account Managers are unavailable, assist with client requests, coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, and help ensure a seamless client experience.
While this role does not maintain a dedicated book of business, you'll perform many of the same client-facing and operational responsibilities as an Account Manager, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to expand their client management experience.
