  • Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of sales experience or training required; candidates with 3+ years of elevator sales experience preferred. Bachelor's degree is also preferred.

TK Elevator is seeking an Account Manager - Service/Repair in Greenville, SC.

This role involves securing and maintaining service accounts and repair work, and developing strong relationships with new and existing customers to meet revenue goals.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Exceed sales goals and quotas by utilizing company tools for service and repair growth and cancellation reduction.
  • Manage service accounts by visiting Tier 1, 2, and 3 customers within the assigned territory to develop ongoing relationships and understand their needs. Building relationships in BOMA and other groups is included.
  • Develop capital plans for customers to address their building needs.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of company products through training and studying manuals and supplier information, including local elevator codes.
  • Prepare repair job proposals by estimating labor and costs using estimating software, obtaining supplier quotes, and reviewing blueprints.
  • Prepare service contract bids, reviewing blueprints and coordinating with operations as needed.
  • Respond to questions related to repairs and service contracts, and follow up with customers on proposals.
