Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Quote service parts and ensure targets with margins; maintain relationships with customers.
• Support service parts fulfillment on time and avoid issues.
• Oversee and coordinate service parts customer activities internally within AAM.
• Ensure customer requests are answered and satisfied on time.
• Review cost request responses for accuracy and develop commercial proposals.
• Review and approve POs to update price lists.
• Track and report commercial status/activities for Service Parts.
• Lead customer meetings and schedule recurrence meetings to track progress.
• Track and maintain price updates to improve profitability and ensure contract compliance.
• Develop past model price increase requests and follow up until completion.
• Monitor service obligations and discontinue parts when retention timing ends.
• Collaborate in metal market annual adjustments and submissions.
• Oversee maintenance of customer database.
• Review with Manufacturing SCM teams to support commercial issues.
• Review tooling disposal requests and submit to customer for approval as needed.
• Collaborate with different areas to create proposals via Cost Request system.
