The Account Manager of Client Services cultivates and maintains ongoing strategic relationships with clients. They are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction with pharmacy services, issue resolution, and overall retention of clients.

This position requires 60-70% travel in and around the Orlando, FL area. An ideal residence is within that location to enable home officing 25% of the time. This position cannot be performed remotely to meet client and PharMerica standards.

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years’ experience in client management or sales in Long-Term Care or related industries
  • Licensed pharmacy technician, RN, or LPN preferred

This position will be posted for a minimum of 8 days.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies with the Director, Senior Living Account Management for client retention.
  • Manage PharMerica’s clients and customers in collaboration with the Senior Living team.
  • Conduct and document meetings with clients.
  • Work with PharMerica teams to deliver on client commitments and meet service-level agreements.
  • Own client issue escalation and resolution processes.
  • Prepare for and participate in client reviews, maintaining documentation.
  • Document client interactions and activities in CRM.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on pricing negotiations and contract renewals.
  • Coordinate with billing, credit/collections, contracting, and marketing to meet standards.
  • Prepare quarterly business review and engagement materials.
  • Conduct client-facing training on products, tools, and resources.
  • Support upselling of PharMerica products/services.
  • Ensure a positive experience for clients.
  • Collaborate on implementing initiatives and overseeing transitions.
  • Compile reports and manage CRM data.
  • Attend corporate events and conferences as needed.
  • Mentor other associates.
  • Travel 60-70% as required.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.
  • Adhere to company standards, policies, and legal requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 3+ years’ experience in client management or sales in Long-Term Care or related industries; healthcare or B2B experience preferred.
  • Licensed pharmacy technician, RN, or LPN preferred.
  • Strong presentation, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with CRM, Microsoft Office, and possibly Salesforce and Axiom.

Salary Range

USD $75,000 - $80,000 per year.
