Qualifications

The Account Manager of Client Services cultivates and maintains ongoing strategic relationships with clients. They are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction with pharmacy services, issue resolution, and overall client retention.

This position requires 60-70% travel in and around Orlando, FL. Residing within this area is preferred to enable home office work 25% of the time. This role cannot be performed remotely to meet client and company standards.

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years’ experience in client management or sales in Long-Term Care or related industries
  • Licensed pharmacy technician, RN, or LPN preferred

This position will be posted for a minimum of 8 days.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop strategies with the Director and Senior Living Account Management to retain clients.
  2. Manage client relationships and conduct meetings, documenting interactions.
  3. Collaborate with PharMerica teams to fulfill client commitments and meet service standards.
  4. Handle client issue escalation and resolution.
  5. Prepare for and participate in client reviews, maintaining relevant documentation.
  6. Record retention, upselling activities, and interactions in our CRM.
  7. Provide insights on pricing negotiations and contract renewals.
  8. Coordinate with billing, credit, contracting, and marketing to ensure standards are met.
  9. Prepare quarterly business review and client engagement materials.
  10. Conduct client training on products and resources.
  11. Support solution selling and up-selling of PharMerica services.
  12. Ensure positive client experiences and assist with corporate initiatives and new facility transitions.
  13. Compile reports, manage CRM data, and resolve issues.
  14. Attend corporate events and conferences as needed.
  15. Mentor team members as required.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in client management or sales, preferably in healthcare or B2B settings.
  • Licensed pharmacy technician, RN, or LPN preferred.
  • Excellent presentation, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce and Axiom experience preferred.

Salary Range

USD $75,000 - $80,000 per year
