(Outside Sales - Strategic Account Management - Business Development)

What will you do?

  • Engage in business development from your own office, meeting new and repeat customers, assessing their needs, and providing consultative Stonhard solutions.
  • Conduct sales calls with existing clients and prospect for new projects.
  • Collaborate with your manager to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Oversee successful product installation, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing project logistics, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating resources.
  • Participate in a comprehensive training program over two years, including travel to headquarters for scheduled training sessions.

Base Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000

Uncapped Commission potential (First 2 years average): approx. $15,000 - $40,000

What is required?

  • Experience in B2B sales; construction, commercial, or industrial experience preferred.
  • Proven success in business development and project management, interacting at all levels.
  • Ability to learn a new industry quickly.
  • High initiative, mature judgment, self-motivation.
