The Account Manager serves as the strategic owner of assigned partnerships and referral relationships. This role is responsible for driving account growth, strengthening partner engagement, overseeing operational performance, and ensuring successful collaboration between Thriveworks and external organizations. The Account Manager functions as both a relationship manager and strategic consultant, utilizing data, reporting, and proactive outreach to maximize partnership success.
Physical demands for Thriveworks positions may include being sedentary for long periods. Entering text or data into a computer through a traditional keyboard is also a requirement.
