Job summary

Jobot, a growing commercial contractor with a national footprint, is hiring an Entry-Level Project Manager to join its high-performing team. This is a rare opportunity to get trained from the ground up by a company that values hustle, grit, and follow-through over degrees and polish.

You'll be in the field, learning how the business works from the inside out, coordinating with field personnel and managing projects from small to large scales.

  • Collaborate with office and field teams to meet project goals.
  • Manage material orders, inventory, and maintain a detailed material log.

  • Coordinate with other trades on-site, sequence tasks, and handle project scheduling.
  • Conduct regular job site visits, toolbox talks, and attend project meetings.
  • Manage project budgets, process change orders, and handle field orders weekly.
  • Maintain high-quality standards and ensure safety protocols are followed on-site.
  • Complete project close-out tasks, including punch lists and return of site keys/cards.

Job Details

As a Project Manager, you will oversee and manage projects ranging from $5,000 to $1.5 million. This role requires excellent organizational skills to handle material procurement, labor scheduling, and project logistics. You'll be responsible for coordinating with field personnel, negotiating schedules, and ensuring projects stay on track. This position involves frequent travel, typically 2-4 days a week.

Key Responsibilities
