Immediate need for a talented Account Manager-(Plumbing). This is a Full time opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Charlotte, NC(Hybrid).

Pay Range: $70000 /annum + Bonus. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform all functions needed to maintain a customer account, including sales, correspondence, customer relations, project supervision, scheduling, drawing review, and estimation.
• Identify and qualify prospective clients in commercial, healthcare, data center, and higher education markets.
• Present plumbing products and service solutions emphasizing efficiency and innovation.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts tailored to client needs.
• Maintain CRM records and provide accurate sales forecasts.
• Post-sale follow-up to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills; Must have at least 2-3 years of Sales experience in Plumbing
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts tailored to client needs
• Experience in consultative or B2B sales.
• High school diploma or GED
• 3 years of sales experience in plumbing or mechanical contracting.
• 5 years of commercial plumbing experience.
• Proficiency with CRM and sales software.
• Technical understanding of commercial plumbing systems and related products.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must have basic PC experience in Windows environments, working knowledge of Word processing, spreadsheets, and e-mail.
