We're looking for a driven individual to join our team and take ownership of a high-growth territory. We’re seeking an energetic Account Manager to oversee the Midwest region of the U.S. In this role, you’ll leverage your expertise, build strong client relationships, and drive growth in a dynamic, fast-paced market.
Reporting to our Sales Manager, the candidate will be responsible for developing relationships within the territory, as well as the Quadra brand in the United States. We are looking for someone with technical sales experience in the ingredients distribution market, with strong contacts and a reputation within the industry. You will be required to travel throughout the assigned region, promoting Quadra's products and services. This includes developing and implementing a team-driven strategic business plan based on a solid understanding of industry trends and customer needs.

Compensation Information: The annual base pay range for this position is reasonnably expected to be $79,500 to $124,300 USD. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, education, and experience.
Base salary is only a part of the total rewards package - this role will also be eligible for a generous incentive program and benefits.Quadra’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. Please note that the base pay shown qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
