Responsibilities
  1. Learn, apply, and promote the Vision, Mission, and Values of O’Neal Manufacturing Services.
  2. Retain profitable, sustainable, and collectible business.
  3. Interact with procurement personnel as needed.
  4. Monitor delivery, quality, and service metrics for assigned accounts.
  5. Prepare proposals using OMS tools.
  6. Coordinate cost estimating activities.
  7. Collaborate across departments to solve strategic issues.
  8. Determine pricing levels with management.
  9. Manage communication breakdowns with customers.
  10. Inform customers about supply and price trends.
  11. Stay informed on new products/services.
  12. Communicate significant developments internally.
  13. Ensure price updates comply with agreements.
  14. Enter accurate forecast data.
  15. Assist or lead customer presentations and business reviews.
  16. Monitor contract adherence.
  17. Develop new business with existing customers.
