Job Title: Account Manager – MSP Sales (Staffing Industry)

Location: NY/NJ, Atlanta, Westcoast, TX - Dallas,

Remote with up to 50% travel across client locations (U.S. based)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in a high-impact, client-facing role. This is a pure hunter sales position ideal for someone who thrives on building strong relationships with MSP/VMS partners, driving upsell/cross-sell opportunities and expanding revenue within existing accounts. The ideal candidate is a go-getter with a strong presence, strategic thinking, and the confidence to represent our brand with passion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with MSP and VMS program leads and client stakeholders.
  • Own and grow existing accounts through strategic upselling and cross-selling of staffing services and solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client partners, understanding their hiring needs and business objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts and drive pipeline development.
  • Collaborate with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and performance.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews).
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Travel up to 50% for client engagement and relationship building.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, client services, or business development within the staffing industry (experience with MSP/VMS programs is a must).
  • Proven track record in hunting, growing, and expanding large enterprise accounts.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Energetic and outgoing personality with a passion for building client relationships.
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and business acumen.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
