CVS Health is seeking an Account Manager to partner with Account Executives and service clients, driving customer satisfaction, membership and revenue for existing accounts. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams on services or complex product issues and client installations.

Ideal candidates have 2-5 years in health insurance, a bachelor’s degree, and an active Life and Health license.

Account Manager will partner with an Account Executives servicing clients developing strong external and internal relationship to achieve customer satisfaction, membership and revenue for existing customers.

Executes tactical components of account team's business plan for customer.

Collaborates with account team members and functional support areas on services or complex product issues.

Collaborates with team members on client installation

2-5 years of Health Insurance industry experience.

Proficiency with desktop software applications such as e-mail, Word, PowerPoint, TEAMs, Salesforce, AI.

Strong critical thinking, time management and organizational skills.

Travel required up to 25% (Possible overnight travel).

Active Life and Health License in state of residence.

Bachelor's degree.

High School diploma + 4 years relevant experience

Pay Range 46,988.00 - $102,000.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
