Job summary

CVS Health in the United States is seeking an Account Manager who will partner with Account Executives to service clients and build strong external and internal relationships to drive customer satisfaction, membership and revenue for existing customers.

This role requires 2–5 years in health insurance, a licensed Life and Health in state of residence, a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency with common office software. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of Health Insurance industry experience.
• Active Life and Health License in state of residence.
• Bachelor's degree.
• High School diploma + 4 years relevant experience
• Proficiency with desktop software applications such as e-mail, Word, PowerPoint, TEAMS, Salesforce, AI.
• Strong critical thinking, time management and organizational skills.
• Travel required up to 25% (Possible overnight travel).

Pay Range

46,988.00 - $102,000.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
