  • Maintain a working understanding of account finances and support account leads with financial management activities.
  • Pursue ongoing professional development and collaborate with management to identify relevant training and growth opportunities.
Requirements:

  • Independent thinker who can confidently take ownership of assets and material development while working collaboratively as part of a broader team.
  • Professional presence with a strong client-service orientation, sense of urgency, and commitment to high-quality deliverables.
  • Confidence communicating upward, including proactively informing managers when deadlines may be missed, risks emerge, or issues could affect delivery.
  • Adaptable, resilient, proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic and a consistent record of following through on client requests while delivering work on schedule and within budget.
  • Ability to identify problems, develop practical solutions, and clearly communicate recommendations to both internal teams and clients.
