Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola USA is seeking an Account Manager Lead to represent the company as a professional salesperson for assigned accounts. You will promote Coca-Cola and allied products, execute promotional activities, and ensure shelves and displays meet Swire standards.

You will mentor teammates, rotate stock to follow FIFO, and drive growth by selling additional displays and new products. A driver’s license and 1+ year of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or GED) required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Driver's License required.
• 1+ years retail, customer service, beverage, or consumer goods required.
• Must be able to operate Excel, Outlook, and a PDF reader on an iPhone and iPad devices.

Responsibilities

• Interact and built rapport with decision maker in each customer location. Place order of product to be delivered maintaining sufficient inventory levels for consumers purchase
• Manage and fill customer beverage section, build displays, fill coolers and all points of availability, ensuring they are properly stocked, maintained, and rotated per company standard
• Acts as a mentor and backup for others in the sales organization.
• Rotate products to ensure that store follows a “first in - first out” stocking system by removing and organizing product on shelves
• Sell in additional displays, new products, and other promotional items throughout the assigned store to increase sales volume and generate additional sales revenue
• Maintain back-room stock areas in a safely accessible stack formation within the assigned storage area. Write up credits and confirm the credits are ready for pick up by bulk driver
• Performs other duties as assigned.
