Responsibilities:

• Manage daily landscape maintenance schedules for 3-4 crews.
• Communicate daily dispatch instructions to ensure crews have necessary equipment, tools, and supplies.
• Drive quality and safety standards in the field, with a focus on MOT compliance near roadways.
• Own and maintain production vehicles, trailers, equipment, tools, and supplies.
• Review job sites and submit proposals for landscape and irrigation upgrades.
• Coordinate with irrigation and agronomic teams to ensure high-quality work.

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License.
• Consistent work history.
• Organized, capable of managing multiple crews while ensuring safety and quality.

• 1-2 years of management experience in commercial landscape maintenance (preferred).
• Bilingual abilities are a plus; experience managing diverse, non-English speaking teams is essential.
• Knowledge of Florida traffic laws and safety procedures.
