Job summary

4M Building Solutions, LLC. seeks an Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for a major client, owning the account to meet and exceed client expectations.

This full-time role supports a 2nd shift schedule (4pm-12:30am) in Muskegon, MI, with responsibility for supervising and training team members and maintaining client relationships. The position emphasizes accountability, coordinating schedules, and implementing the company playbook across a growing operations team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in facility services management or equivalent experience.
• 2 years' experience in terminal hospital cleaning.
• IT knowledge would be a plus!
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Ability to communicate effectively in speech and writing
• Strong drive for results
• Sense of urgency
• Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Ability to lead an operations team for a specific client
• Ability to analyze issues and create solutions
