Job Details

The Account Manager will be responsible for executing the strategic and operational plan as directed by Commercial leadership. This includes representing our products to new and existing customers and achieving sales expectations and quotas within an assigned territory.

  1. Drive daily sales objectives focused on territory growth, including new account targeting, cultivation, and launch planning.
  2. Develop and execute territory business plans within a quarterly quota system, implementing sales strategies based on current and potential factors.
  3. Lead training and education planning during account launches.
  4. Present and implement Performance Guarantees in key accounts and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews.
  5. Regularly transfer account knowledge and other relevant information to the leadership team.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies, the Quality System, and regulatory requirements.
  7. Collaborate with clinical specialists and align the team around the business plan.
  8. Make clinical and economic presentations to customers and relevant staff.
  9. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including Key Opinion Leader (KOL) cultivation.
  10. Uphold high standards of ethics and professionalism, representing the company positively.
  11. Develop relationships with hospital administrative staff and negotiate corporate contracts when appropriate.
  12. Demonstrate extensive product knowledge, assist in training new hires, share best practices, and contribute to marketing and competitive intelligence.
  13. Manage territory finances by controlling expenses, product returns, and inventory.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay Transparency

The offered base pay will consider location, education, skills, and experience. Incentives may include sales commissions or discretionary bonuses, with eligibility for long-term incentive plans depending on the role.

Salary Range

The annual base salary range for this role is $66,060.29 to $109,051.90.
