Qualifications

• Sales experience and a track record of meeting goals preferred.
• Ability to present to potential customers and educate on insurance options.
• Licensing required or obtainable: P&C and Life/Health.
• Enthusiastic about how insurance and financial products help clients manage risks.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
