Job summary

Florida Best Quote is seeking a licensed Personal Lines Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll assist clients with policy servicing, endorsements, renewals, proof of insurance requests, and coverage questions while delivering exceptional customer service.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm at our Largo, FL location. Active Florida licenses (4-40, 20-44, or 2-20) are required, insurance experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Florida license types: 4-40, 20-44, or 2-20.
• Insurance experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with policy servicing, endorsements, renewals, proof of insurance requests, and coverage questions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner.
