The Account Manager II is responsible for providing a best‑in‑class customer experience specific to our intermodal division, serving as the first line of contact for our customers. They are responsible for ensuring all intermodal freight is serviced to meet or exceed the customer’s standards, while also communicating customer needs and changes to the operations teams. They are expected to develop and maintain customer and carrier relationships, while achieving company‑defined operational metrics.
Location: Chicago, IL office or Tinley Park, IL office.
