Account Manager II - Honeywell Building Solutions - Healthcare

Overview

Manage all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers for Honeywell Building Solutions. Build relationships, understand customer business needs, and provide suitable products and solutions. Define sales and growth strategies aligned with business objectives. Identify opportunities, build credibility, and utilize product knowledge to deliver value propositions. This role involves solutions-based sales, crafting hardware and software solutions for the healthcare sector.

Location & Travel

This is a remote role under the supervision of our Sales Manager, requiring travel within the territory of Arizona, New Mexico, and West Texas, with an expected travel up to 60%.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute strategic account plans
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
  3. Identify new business opportunities and deliver value-added solutions
  4. Drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
  5. Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to the team
  6. Develop strategies to expand market presence
  7. Travel as required (up to 60%)

Minimum Requirements
  • 2+ years experience in Sales or Account Management
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with enterprise software solutions, fire alarm systems, cybersecurity, DDC controls automation, especially in healthcare
  • Experience working with contractors
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment
  • Solution-based sales experience
  • Salesforce proficiency
