Pilot Company in Southern California is seeking a Field Sales Specialist to manage relationships with fuel buyers and grow an account portfolio. You will promote products, meet quotas, and analyze sales data while coordinating with stakeholders to reach SMART gallon and profit goals.
Travel up to 90% of the time is required; the role offers performance-based uncapped commissions after completing training and a competitive compensation package.

The purpose of this job is to manage relationships with fuel buyers and service a portfolio of accounts in the Southern California area under broad supervision.
Bachelor’s degree and minimum one year sales experience preferred, or five years’ sales experience preferably in the trucking or fuel industry.
Must be willing to travel up to 90% at times.
