Jacam Catalyst LLC in Casper, WY seeks an Account Manager I to develop and provide custom solutions for oilfield customers, manage assigned accounts and ensure consistent, high-quality service and solutions.
Responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, offering technical advice, collecting samples, analyzing data, and building strong customer relationships while upholding the highest safety standards. A valid driver's license is required and forklift certification is preferred.
Develop and provide custom solutions for customers, such as scale inhibitors, corrosion inhibitors, water treatments, paraffin control and acid stimulation for increased productivity and improved supplier relationships. The Account Manager I role is responsible for managing assigned accounts and ensuring consistent, high-quality service and solutions.
Indoors, in an office environment, and outdoors, with driving involved. Employee should be prepared to work in extreme temperatures. Employee must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds, and manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude will be helpful. Frequently used safety equipment includes, but is not limited to: hardhat, safety glasses, hearing protection, work boots, gloves, and an H 2 S Monitor as required or needed.
